Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jack attended our property from DAV Security and quickly identified the problem we were having. He explained everything in a way we could understand and made sure the system was fully working again before leaving. Polite, efficient and clearly knows his job. Excellent service from start to finish.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Communication right from the start was excellent, a convenient date for the work to be carried out was then booked. I received a reminder email the day before the visit which is appreciated. The engineer Jack actually arrived a little early which suited me. He was extremely polite and explained everything to me as he carried out the work. He was very clean and tidy. Extremely happy with everything.
